Dear Friends,
It is my great honor on behalf of Quang Trung Software City (QTSC) of Vietnam to act as President of the Asia Oceania Regional Software Park Alliance (SPA) in 2011 - 2012.
Following to previous Presidents, I would like to enhance bilateral and multilateral co-operation to create value for each country's software presence through "Share Infra" and "Share Info" approaches. Specially, I am focusing to plan for each member to act as a "soft-landing zone" to serve alliance members. I try my best to do the pulse "from vision to action" for the SPA.
I do believe that, with the valuable support of 22 information technology organization from 12 economics, I will successfully complete the SPA Presidency, making active contributions to promoting the friendship, cooperation, exchange and mutual understanding within SPA community, continuing to further enhancing the role, position and effectiveness of SPA activities for the sake of information technology and communications in the Asia and Oceania region.
